If a person isnt willing to put in the effort to ask an intelligent question whats the point in putting together a very well thought out response like the one you made

There are some syndicators that take non-accredited type money from investors.I like accredited investors as a sponsor because typically they have some level of higher intelligence making the money and net worth that they have over years or decades of time.

Hey Guys,  I've been watching biggerpockets podcast on youtube for the past several months to increase my investing intelligence. 

@Jaron WallingI understand there a few small criteria that have to be met to do a 401k Loan but paying yourself back interest seems much more intelligent than paying someone else interest(assuming you follow the required criteria).

I’m just trying to get an intelligent plan in place for the money once the land sells.

I am also moving out to LA in the next 2 months  to go build an artificial intelligence company, so need cash for living expenses.
