I think they both work, its just the message the differs.On my cards, I say I am Jack Bobeck, my wife and I would like to buy your house at (insert address).

I went back and did "edit" and inserted a hard return and it came out the way it should have the first time then.

you have to use the advanced reply button then click the insert video button and it should work that way

Or my favorite "insert bank you've never used" needs to update your account.
