My main goal in real estate is to obtain consistent cash flow in order to have financial freedom through long term rental properties.

If i was younger, the game plan would be pretty straight forward- go back to school, get a higher paying job, and then save and invest for financial freedom.

It gives me freedom and I don’t need the extra space, it’s also cheaper.You may have already said this but if it takes less than 5 years to pay off your debt I would do that.

I love this job and it has been excellent for both my family and my career, but I hope to make the jump to real estate investing to allow for more freedom and growth throughout the years.

I get it, "well if you have it you use it" or "well no body is going to hand you money" but, there's thousands of books out there on how or why you should use others money to gain freedom and profit, which quite a few of them are books produced by bigger pockets.
