Having a strong background in it before you begin eliminates many of the fears born of lack of education and helps prevent errors which cause losses.I know - that's not a popular point of view here on BP.

Also, I'm fearful that once we raise rent tenants may further destroy the property.

This is every investor's worst fear realized! 

Right now with all the info I’ve been absorbing I’m becoming fearful of getting bit by the “Paralysis by Analysis” zombie.

I've seen just about anything and there is some fear here that I don't normally feel.

I think my biggest fear is not knowing where to begin.

For me, I have to admit that #1 has slowed me down along with fear of making a bad financial decision.  

Stalking and privacy laws can make it more difficult to locate people.The title insurance companies have had loses on their Tax Sale business, so that has prompted some companies not to do any more Tax Sale business. 

But I fear if it is possible to fine me, they'll find a way to do it. 

We are looking for advice on being the "stalking horse bidder" (first timer) on a mobile park that is being foreclosed.
