Your options are basically...Pay it monthly until you have 20% equity, which is what most people do.Pay a big fat premium upfront, basically paying for the insurance policy all at once.Lender paid PMI with a bumped rate (you see this advertised as "no PMI").So, yes, you can get a "no PMI" 95% LTV mortgage, but not a no PMI 95% LTV mortgage.

By the way; According to Gene Trowbridge, an expert securities attorney who structures lots of syndication deals, the only way to not make it so that you're offering a security is set up a MEMBER-managed LLC and you both get an equal vote on all major decisions.

While Milwaukee is flat (0.18% population growth - I would argue it has been saved by it's more afluent areas; otherwise we'd see a big fat minus) Menomonee Falls and Sussex have seen almost 10% population growth.
