The problem I see my clients get into with vacation rental purchases when the intent is to get something they can enjoy as well is that many times they get tired of going to that one spot. 

I've recently starting exploring the world of real estate investing and I'm eager to connect with like-minded individuals who can help me learn and grow in the field. 

I'm definitely still in the exploration phase to see if I will end up going this route, but as I've furnished multiple units, I've realized I don't really enjoy that part of the process nor is design a strength of mine, so if I can hire it out to someone who will do a better job than me for a reasonable price, I will.

This field offers incredible opportunities for growth and learning, and it's great that you're eager to master it.
