Hi @Alexa Ferguson, I just met Mark Tristani with Ann Tristani Designs at an investor meet up here in Denver. They presented how they stage a property and they will get the furniture, design, and stage. And they are local! Seemed like they do great work, not sure what exactly they charge, but I would definitely reach out, their properties/staging really made photos pop!
