The only draw back is that the purchase price will eat up move of your VA eligibility than a smaller building.

There are a few drawbacks to desktop, such as it can't easily be accessed by  more than one person at a time and if you use a MAC you have to download fusion (a virtual machine software) so as a MAC user you can run Windows applications.
