It's only happened once, and that turned out to be a combination of three things: a toilet leak, a teenage daughter's long showers, and a lot of watering in the garden in a dry summer.

I think it has something to do with putting the teenagers in the basement (lower part).

Some people start as teenagers and are wildly successful while others start at 70 and fail miserably, and the same could be said for the opposite.

My soon to be ex has family in that county, two teenage brothers still at home, they are really handy and I'm still on good terms with his family.

I'm considering working with my girlfriend and our teenagers to undertake a flip or possibly longer term SFH rental for additional income.  

That means it ain't your fault.I'd say ask your insurance agent if your medical and liability cover temp employees on premises if they are not insured or required to be insured.I have allowed teenagers to adults mow my grass for over 45 years, no problems yet!

After moving out, I knew I was responsible for some damages my teenaged daughter had done,and at the time I called the police when the damages occurred AND also let the landlord know that they had happened and I would be responsible for the cost to repair,I even hired a company to do the repairs just after I had moved but they let me down by taking a bigger paying job.So I informed the landlord to hire tradesmen to do the repairs.Then I begand getting bills for damages that I was resonsible AND DAMAGES THAT HAD NOT HAPPENED WHEN WE LIVED THERE, but he has taken photos of these damages.Now I must assume he himself did these damages I would guess in order to have me upgrade/renovate parts of the home that he does not want to pay for, yet wants to improve.How can I prove those damages were never there when we lived there, and that despite he has photos, they do not reflect anything that occurred during my tenancy.Also I moved back in april, and have made all payments ,yet he continues to send me bills.How long after I have left can he continue to send me bills?

Kinda like a teenage boy who follows a pretty girl in hopes of fulfilling his desires instead of using the head on his shoulders and common sense, perception gets him in trouble and the wrong assumption gets his face slapped.

Unfortunatly most sellers arent going to take a teenager seriously .
