Wait a second - I just noticed I am responding to all the craigs lists ads.......Then I notice the date - they are all old......Then I notice this guy Desmond is digging up all these old Criags Lists adsThen I notice he is trying to sell the huge mysterious secrets of craigs list - like it is a mystery at this point.Pretty lame Desmond.

This isn't to say that this property or any is a *good* deal but if this mystery buyer gets the property for $600K + raises rates 10% + has a 5% interest rate + doesn't have to pay rent anymore it could be a decent deal for them.

sure since you have made millions in wholesaling then you should have a huge bank account.. simply close and resell... no more mystery than that.and if you have been doing it for years.. you should have stellar credit and tax returns to back it up and you can get LOC from local community banks..
