Not everyone has has the luxury of bringing down deals at less than 60K/unit (Don't worry form moderator, we are friends and I'm busting his chops) There is such a demand for single family that its not a bad deal@James Perdomo but I agree their a lot of ways to make a deal go well or south by how you manage it.
