According to the data out there it seems like maybe its just a combo of the down season and also a glut in the market (around the holidays there was a 50% vacancy rate). 

Paid is Paid, they dont have to answer you or maybe they are just out of town for the holidays

Good morning, I am currently visiting Canada for the holidays & I found a few vacant properties.

Branch manager insisted, and trained every cashier on a few quick bullet point factoids about homeownership to mention when customers were in the bank doing routine banking stuff.On top of that, the branch manager put a big giant 25 foot sign outside the branch declaring that "We Specialize in Helping First Time Homebuyers!"

We did it over the holidays so there was a solid week where nothing got done. 

Since it was a holiday and they were closed last Friday I was hoping not to have to wait this long to find a satisfactory answer.

After sending the HOA the update deed we also paid an extra $50 to put a rush on the HOA demands so we could close on time.Day 4 December 24, 2015 ~ There was a half day of rehab done on this day due to the holiday.

Thank goodness it was one of those giant-sized lots so we got LOTS of practice pulling out the pipes. 

The apartment is a three bedroom with a giant balcony, overlooking a small park with a pond.  

So if people cannot respect the time and it takes a lot to submit offers, make sure the i's are dotted and t's crossed, so its OK to tell people that you are "Not the right Realtor" for them, fire customers that are giant time-wasters.
