Hopefully college football will be back at full capacity as we make a lot of money on Clemson home games.

You would get rental traffic for the arena, the fairgrounds, and NC state football stadium.  

That means rents are being unpaid or are late/very late.It seems the next stimulus package is stalled in the Senate & will likely be a political football up until election day.  

They have the football and are looking for an Aaron Rodgers to move it downfield. 

I started doing AirBnb for college football weekends and was able to pay my whole mortgage for the year with 10 nights rented and avoided paying taxes by keeping my rental under 14 nights/year.

Rented it through football season to recoup my initial investment and then got a long term renter paying a premium for 12 months.

Like a stock portfolio.. or buy a few Subway sandwhich shops those can do very good over time I just not sure what the big fascination with getting rich with no money no credit is all about since its a fantasy for 99% of people.

Graduation weekend $3,300, football weekends $2,000-$4,000/weekend.
