If you still have any knob-and-tube wiring, it needs to go away.This is where they didn't use cables containing several wires each, but individual wires, and strung each wire around the house on ceramic insulators - kind of like a power line you see on poles alongside a road, but inside the house. 

I am an architect in South Florida looking to get involved in the real estate game to build wealth alongside my career.

I know its not necessary to buy and sell properties but do you think that is more beneficial than finding and working along side a trusted realtor? 

It's also a give to get environment here on the site, so whatever you can offer even if it's just minor advice can go a long way.I think alongside that, it's very important to combine this online networking with real in-person networking.

When we built our house, we had a Jacuzzi style tub installed  along side of our double shower, sadly enough, the tub was used twice in 10 years but yet required regular cleanings to keep the dust from collecting in it.
