We just started our company in the Los Angeles & Ventura Counties!

For this reason, I’d stick with LA/OC/Ventura for buy and hold only because of the higher demand with higher population brings better candidates of quality tenants.

I've heard people say to try McElroys...I have not - I also used Ace Plumbing when I first bought the business as the other owner was using them - very reliable, punctual etc - but for as much as we needed to use a plumber they were more expensive for simple things. 

A lot of people suggested Ace Title in Manchester, NH.

Some of those guys are good salesman and will ace an interview no matter what you ask, but can't/won't finish the job. 

Its not uncommon to hear property managers say those sort of silly things and a lot of time, they here bad advice in a CE class and think its the gospel.
