Topeka Kansas Maintenance Referral

Does anyone have a referral for a reliable handyman in Topeka, Kansas? We just acquired a park in Topeka and have tried out several maintenance people. Each one of them has shown up, taken a few measurements, left in the middle of the day and then never returned another phone call. This has never happened to me before, and it's been the case with more than 1 person thus far. Does anyone know of a reliable person who would at least answer a phone call if they weren't interested in the job?
