Maybe it will be a good number maybe not, but really I want to form a relationship with them and eventually try to workout a line of credit for future deals.I plan to provide a detailed folder with the current project start to finish, and show them the numbers from the BP calculator and how I worked the entire process.

We also intended to use our garage for work-outs as we are cross-fitters but we can't b/c we still have so many boxes for the dining room and kitchen still stored in there.

I would see what the lawyer recommends for relist.It doesn't appear to me that you are discriminating due to a protected class so I don't see a reason why you couldn't back out.Let us know how things work out
