@Paul Choi are you thinking: identify folks who traffic in multifamily / small apartments and contact them to see if they have any other deals etc?

we hire a biologist.. its a required report.. there are baseline studies showing the habitat locations that the next step identify and see how close we are to a major habitat..then you have the normal wet land studies traffic  etc etc. 

By putting your rental on MLS, it will be marketed to brokers who are incentivized to find someone qualified to fill the vacancy.If you'd like to handle that on your own, you can certainly use Zillow and get plenty of traffic there as well.
