There's a saying about having a woman with expensive taste that can be applied to these marginal area paper deals: "If their out flow is more than your income, their upkeep will be your down fall!"

You want to leave a good taste in case you need to do a follow-up call.Am not a big fan of wholesaling, but assume your goals are the same as mine as a legitimate broker.

My question is what happens if they back out before closing and what if their taste is too custom.

@Mark Oliver as annoying as it may be, I don’t think the cost of a lock is worth the potential sour taste so to say in the tenants mouth so to say.

It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth cause she has made her youtube videos private now. 

As a result, Real Estate has actually put a very sour taste in my mouth over the years.
