., explain you pay referral fee for any closed deal, as long as their information is on flyer as referral along with their contact info for paymentif I was using a crew:5 knockers per closer closers take door knocker to hand out flyers, cards, post-it, whatever ....knockers are paid daily load 5 in Van car ECT take yo designated target areaknock until about 8 pm screen calls for closer and lock in appointment10,000 flyers could easily be done in a week with 5 ppl we use to clear a town say the size of Dublin GA, in about 2 days.

It is highly unlikely to get a variance for this in most sfr zoning......they don’t  just hand out variances to have a two unit instead of one for no reason.

this thread turned into a lead paint discussion, so i will add to it...we give a handout that reads something like "property is from before 1978, so it may or may not contain lead". end of story.do not if it will be enough in court, and hope with all i've got i never have to find out.bottom line (i know it would never stand in court), why would the parents let a kid eat paint chips. but that's TOTALLY another topic. lol
