People always say there's no value but that's not for you to determine.

However, he has 2 people interested right now.

People are spending 400k for an ADU but Boxabl offers a studio, with appliances, full kitchen and full bath for 60k.

I am just curious how people scale when they don’t have a lot of liquid cash like me?
