If the property has leases coming due soon etc. they will put in a sweep provision clause if the DSCR drops below a certain number for XX number of events.

Another thought, although an additional expense, is trash cans along with commercial lot sweeping.

SomeOf the bureaus work in 14 day intervals sweeping all inquiries together.
