If you find the right property, you’ll likely position yourself for long-term success, even if there’s a brief vacancy period to navigate.

I have had a lot of success purchasing 5 bedrooms houses next to larger universities and have been able to easily find tenants.

All up, I don't think it really compares to the US market in this regard though....I'm thinking of the 'Success Story Spotlight' from today (May 4th), where someone bought a triplex with good rental returns for 14K!!
