Kansas City, Mo Evictions, garnishments & the painful collections

Hi, We have five garnishments on evicted tenants in KCMO that our Lawyer is chasing, with very limited success. Has anyone else dealt with this problem? I'm almost tempted to turn them over to a debt collection agency because a buck is better than nothing.
