I am talking with my realtor to see what her thoughts are on what I can officially get, some maybe the real estate gods will shed some light down on me and I’ll luck out at a high selling price haha (probably not)

I know I could just get a good sized shed and convert that into an office space but I figured if I can write off something nice that looks and feels more like an actual office then why not do that

The long shots are typically lowest on the priority scale.Perhaps you can shed some more light on what specifically you are saying to these providers when you reach out to them.
