I don't want them to think I am some high roller that is getting rich off their sale.I am curious what you think about the changes to the site, and what suggestions you might have for improvements. 

I know the school has built up around its property with the ice skating rink and Eddy Street Commons. 

There'd be a lot less temporarily overpaid programmers griping about how they were making 6 figures back in the day...If you're saying the end result would have been similar WITHOUT the roller-coaster ride, I'll give you that.

So if you put them out Friday night and pick them up Monday morning then you'll skate free.Some towns are more strict then others when it comes to enforcing the ordinances.

I used a brush today on a very narrow strip where a roller wouldn't work, and it worked quite well.

Some of my units now have both mini blinds inside the window bay, and pre-installed brackets about 4" higher for additional curtains if they want that.I am looking at IKEA's roller blinds recently and wonder if this would be a good idea for a rental. 

Some of the areas can just be covered with a roller, but other darker areas can't and require multiple coats and if the area has a higher gloss paint (doors, closets), the entire area needs to be repainted for it to look normal.

The city has yet to conclude whether the cause was natural , in the case which they would be reimbursing us , or whether the tenant had done something to actually damage the underground cable.Within weeks , they called my mother in to help out with problems with the garage door , we went over there and found that the garage door had actually been partially unhinged ; the roller on one side had been dislodged from the supporting metal beam , the metal beam itself was bent considerably due to the weight of the garage door being shifted to the right .
