You may have to do some wood filler repairs, sanding and repaint if the inside of the cabinet is bad.

I didn't go through it and repaint or anything.

What's stopping you from replacing and reglazing this summer and repainting next summer?

I ripped all of that out and replaced it with nice 24" square tile, Kraftmaid cabinets, Granite countertops, new carpet in bedrooms, remodeled the bathrooms, repainted everything, upgraded baseboards, new appliances and fixtures, etc. 

He said the interior needed some deep cleaning and to be repainted, along with possibly replacing or fixing some cabinetry.
