Investing In Albany, GA, 31701, 31706,31721, etc.
I want to purchase my first rental in Albany, GA. I was there this weekend and saw a lot of vacant opportunities around, but I also saw a lot of for rent signs with high grass, nasty curb appeal, etc. You can tell that some of the houses were listed for rent for a long time. I am trying to get some insight from anyone that is already investing there. I would like to know how long their vacancies are for, or do they have houses that are sitting empty. Any advice would be appreciated.
