IMHO most of his books are just motivated books which I guess is ok if you need it but really there are better motivational books out there(including the bible for those who are religious or religious curious).But as far as actual real estate education he is so vague it's not really worth getting his materials.

wow, that's a new one on me. though I have seen ads on cl with those scams ran a time or two. they pour on some religious and save the children type act that they run somewhere abroad so they can't be there to show the property. hopefully there's no liable claims against you from those victims that actually sent monies....Kudos,Mary

I am an avid fan of Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone and have more or less been going through their material religiously while maintaining a 50 hour+ week job and my own small operation of buying and selling on the side and going to school(psychology is a hobby subject though I have no interest in doing anything with the degree).
