Stumbling upon BiggerPockets today was a refreshment to have the opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded individuals.  

@Brian Gibbons your advice  above refreshingly sounds like the material I have been learning so far with respect to low equity houses/lease option, I have a friend in mind in that motivated seller kind of situation.  

I've always had an interest in real estate, have some knowledge from years ago and know it's the one vehicle that can create legacy wealth.It's refreshing to see so many people who have made it work and are willing to help others. 

@Ryan Alguire, @Paul MacInnisI see the Gray listing was refreshed with no adjustment in the ask ... the bank is now overdue for a revision.

When she left and moved to Hawkesbury, they refreshed the unit a little and upped the asking rent to $950 and had piles of applications.

I actually was making big money and saw this opportunity to sell a system and make even bigger money selling this stuff then to actually have to do It... would be refreshing to have some honesty in the space.

I will also refresh my goals yearly to stay aligned with my end goal.

I have a mostly "boots on the ground" sense of the management world....Working with contractors to refresh/rehab/emergency calls, serving tenants notices, moving tenants in/out, renewing leases, handling receivables etc etc.  

Since our team speaks both English and Japanese, it helps break the language barrier to open doors for real estate opportunities.
