I cant remember which podcast I was watching but the phone number on his postcard that he sends to homeowners sends them to a pre-recorded message that sort of qualifies the homeowner and then they can leave a message...

I know that after the wave of first callers from the postcards that think i can offer them full retail cash will diminish but the quality of leads will increase also but I do want to begin to increase the quality of my leads.

However every caller and lead gets a card, and it makes following up very easy since I can see everything in a single top-level view.

However, even if folks pick these up, they still call and ask the same questions (note; one caller screened himself out when he said he didn't want to get out of his car and walk the five feet over to the sign!).

It does on my phone.When I hit #4 on my phone it announces on the phone that the call is being recorded... which I also don't want to do.What I want is > A button to hit on my computer that automagically records My Audio through the built in PC mic and the caller through Google Hangout.I'm open to alternatives.Thanks!

If you try to use leverage without developing your financial discipline first, you're destined to be one of Dave Ramsey's bankrupt callers one day.

Pretty high percentage, however it does include all types of calls: angry callers, curious callers, tire-kickers, quality calls, etc.

Also, if you get an unwanted caller, you can mark it as spam and the caller will get a "this number has been disconnected" message. 

Since I am a one man operation, I ask for the caller to leave a voice mail.

They have skypeout which will send your own US caller ID when you make calls.
