I love the options on BiggerPockets and all of the podcast.

That being said, I have been listening to podcasts and reading books on real estate for a couple years now but have not had the time or money to fully dive in just yet.

Listening to one BP podcast was all I needed to get the real estate bug.

It is not bad to bring in new blood to a podcast, while I have not listened to the podcast in years,just looking at the profiles of the old and new it appears the new host has a lot more experience than prior hosts.
