Maybe You should just wait some more pay her bills and cross your fingers the tenant will feel guilty and will eventually honor her agreements . ... or you can choose to run this like a business and hand this entitled idiot an eviction notice along with a hefty late fee .

Tile is more expensive than the fibre-glass/plastic surround that just glue to drywall, because we use backer board to suds.Now in the past for <C-class rentals we were guilty of just gluing up sheet linoleum as a stall surround & they worked great.
