What if you see in the news a tenant committed a heinous crime?

I hate that I even have to write this, but this is beyond anything I've ever had to deal with as a landlord.  My handyman notified me of a news article that identifies one of my tenants as being accused of raping a 13 year old girl.  It even lists their address (aka, my rental properties address).  I intend to discuss my options with a lawyer, but am curious if anyone has had to deal with a situation like this and can offer any advice?  I feel it is my responsibility to immediately notify my other tenants of the incident, and I intend to do so first thing tomorrow.  However, I am unclear what my legal responsibility and liability is in this situation.  I don't have a "don't rape anyone" clause in my lease, so am I stuck waiting until their lease expires in 10 months before I can do anything?
