I RUN an HOA on a bunch of patio homes (just bought them today actually). 

It is just putting in a large thick piece of plastic. 

The items that seem to be the most important to people are washer/dryer hookups, great location, single story, and private yard/patios. 

if you're worried about the floors getting messed up, make sure you use some plastic sheeting or a drop cloth.  

The United States of America has has opted out of the Paris Climate accord and has taken the official position that climate change either doesn’t exist and or is a hoax.Given the above FACTS, we need to get set for a whole lot more flooding and the concerns that should and will consequently go along with them.On the bright side I may be able to fish off my backyard patio in Colorado in the the too distant future.

I've patronized a restaurant that has one set up over the patio area to keep leaves from falling on your plate and in your drinks.
