Hi Everyone,I am a 25 year old, soon to be Doctor of Physical Therapy, and applying heavily to outpatient clinics in the Savannah, GA and surrounding areas and looking for a great spot (safe, homey, and reasonable) to begin my home ownership, first owner/occupant experience, or rental properties.

When I am looking for properties I am making sure the county does not have any liens on the public records and I am physically driving by the properties before I purchase the lien.

In Oregon a business licence must list a physical address even if there is no office there and no clients come there.

It was physically impossible for me to be present at the final walk through with my tenant. 

I do agree with getting a realtor to pull comps so that I, myself, can physically see what I'm up against, though. 

People should physically go to their title company if they are able. 

In this case, we knew that the tenant base is bad so we told our investors that we expect the physical occupancy to dip below 90% for 6-12 months.

because sooner or later I will work with one... and they want to see that you are serious and not just one hit wonder)The point I am trying to make is... begin building both virtual and physical network... and start diving into other peoples mindset... will carry you through the passion and begin helping you discover the true reality of retiring early...Note i am not the best person to listen to since I don't have 100 units property or anything like that... but what you will learn in my blog may perhaps be entertaining and perhaps just maybe make you feel less like you are a lone ranger diving into this journey, while also help you discover how you can create similar virtual/physical network... 

So we went to the bank we always use which is a national bank, and they too in the beginning were looking at the physical value, until we went in and talked to them about looking at it from the income perspective of it.
