Hey @Morgan Crandall - CPAs and attorneys are key components to our teams....I have notoriously tried to under pay for there services...and you get what you pay for.I try to remind myself that over paying for these two areas is a long-term play.Try connecting with @Aaron Zimmerman I know his Chicago firm works with quite a few investors.

However, if you go 5-10 min further south you would hit B Street, a notorious street that wouldn’t be as safe.
