My interest in BP is learning how to navigate and migrate from the current business model to the vision we have for the company.

I love it here, but will actually be migrating south west to Cincinnati, Ohio this August. 

@David ReyesHi DavidOrlando is experiencing a boom, and jobs are migrating to the area.  

Probably what it boils down to is supply and demand and then to unpack that jobs, schools, amenities, weather, incomes, land limitations, future migration, path of progress, transportation, crime, demo growth etc.

Buckets of moisture are migrating up out of the soil into your investment(lay a 2' x 2' piece of clear plastic on your lawn in the middle of summer and watch how quickly water droplets form on the underside). 

Outside of Texas where we have a lot of properties, Florida appeals to us as the #2 market for in migration last 3 years according to U-Haul.  

Thankfully we do have appreciation here, with the in-migration of newcomers.

I was hoping to migrate everything over to an actual STR site so I can have pictures and full booking functionality but it seems there is no way to accomplish that all in one site without making it wide open to the public.

Stick with the world gold standard in a Cook Islands Asset Protection Trust or the hybrid Domestic Component Bridge Trust if you don't have a reason to go purely offshore by using a connecting "migration" clause. 

Love the market there + lots of East coasters migrating to FL from high tax states.
