Hey Brandon, there is an app for iphone called DealMachine.

There are tons of temples on the internet, you can download them then modify one for your purpose.After you build up a good habit of tracing records, an iPhone notebook can actually do the same work.

I found that organizing through my iphone groups was actually the easiest system for me.

For example, all I have to do is type “rental1” in my iPhone and it will replace it with that first reply.

Where apple headquarters are now ( just look at the map feature on an I phone the default setting is there headquarters..

Only additional advice I would add is to take a picture of every receipt with your iphone.  

I'm not too sure if it is on the iPhone equivalent application downloader (app store?).

You need to forget about Jordan, iPhones , clothes , nice cars ect and saved everything no eating out no food no fun take a L for a whole year or even more I have 21 units with two more in contract I took a lot of L and sacrifices.
