I currently live in Memphis, TN. I'm thinking about renting about a primary home, and getting other people to rent the units that are left over. Is there a website or some other way I can find out if people want to rent out rooms instead of reaching out to close friends or even reaching out to people live and in person? I'm also asking this questions for other states as well.
