to get a good idea of rehab cost.This way you get houses that no one else is looking at, and you get a house that will scare away most investors as well.....No it's not fun, can even be dangerous, but it's the only way i know to get a jump on the other investors......Contact me if you need more info.....

I am very excited about my journey with Fun and Grow, and a BIG THANKs to Brandon for his kindness, his patience, and availability.

I house hacked with 4 roommates (at one point split my bedroom and had a 5th roommate) and it wasn't fun, came home and had to deal with issues, fixed problems, had some awkward/difficult encounters, but it was all part of the process and well worth it. 

Then, look at any updates that might bring in MORE or HIGHER rents, such as kitchen, baths, fresh paint, clean floors (carpet or hard surfaces), ceiling fans, window AC units, etc.

It is a challenge but a fun one that myseslf and millions of others enjoy.

Sometimes it's because they are there to have fun and couldn't care less about your property.

It is the least fun part of real estate, but it will tell you what to do financially.
