Hopefully someone can lead  us in the right direction here.We are looking for the best way to raise some working/seed capital so we can purchase more rental properties.

I see quite a lot of potential for investment opportunity and I am starting to plant the seed with some of my investors that are looking for better options than what they are seeing here in Miami/S.

Within every crisis there lies the seeds of opportunity. 

Himalayan Black Berries are a frickin nightmare though, so rent some goats to eat them, burn whatevers left (won't kill the seeds, but it gets rid of the brambles), and aggressively go after them when they try to regrow.

I ran my B&H 6-plex w/o and never had any problems, using the Golden Rule.Btw;  I did get an S-Corp and place an LLC under it, but never seeded the property into the LLC.

. :)Brian, I'll have a surprise for you soon enough, LOL.As will happen starting out, new investors have set backs, friends don't pony up as thought, a seller gets wishy washy and backs out, even with some seed money help to kick off with, finding the right deal can take time.
