@Jeremy H Barton I would suggest taking a look at your cash flow before signing up for a HELOC on a brand new building.

I would suggest having a project manager on each flip, having contractors report back to you knowing that you are out of state is very challenging.

Likewise, I would suggest to connect with some other investors locally.
