It's a remote location, 1/2 hour from 'downtown', with terrible internet and cell service.But, it's got waterfall views and an acre of forest, so it's a great vacation rental. 

I was thinking about starting to follow the obituaries and then go downtown to see what relatives or whomever will inherit their estate, and if they don't plan on taking on the tax burden, I'll take it off their hands ;) Thanks again!

Rooms near me (downtown San Jose) are around $850-1100.

@Tim Walker I manage a property near 38th and Pecos and it does fairly well, but it is in Denver and very close to downtown. 

I live in Swampscott and work in Downtown Boston.

That duplex is also further away from downtown and in a less desirable neighborhood.

It's located downtown in the City of Las Vegas (which MIGHT be able to be made into a vacation rental, more research is required).

All conveniently located in walking distance to Downtown Phx, coffee shops, restaurants and light rail.Looking for input about this deal.
