To be honest , it made me angry that the guy was calling on my cell phone at dinner time.

@Evan Pinney Hi Evan, My husband and I have dinner at Girasoles Mexican restaurant in Stow on the third tues of each month.

Ok, they let the fan wobble for a few months till one day during dinner, the fan fell down, right on the dining table during dinner, but fortunately no one got hurt, except the dining table got damaged.

We were informed that there would be 13 interested parties, at dinner.

I've read them both of course but this time I'm trying to put into action writing down 3 things I'm grateful for each day, discussing 3 things we're all grateful for  at the dinner table, etc. 

If the owner lets you and you don't mind risking a night out at movies and dinner.

I really shouldn’t care as it’s such a small amount and I feel like the “out-the-door” price is more than fair, it just pisses me off because they were late, one of the cuts was slightly off (which hopefully shouldn’t be noticeable because we’re adding a backsplash), and I even bought them dinner as we ordered out and I didn’t want to be rude and thought it was a nice gesture (they ended up not eating, just finishing the job, and took their food for the road).

If the clean was really bad, I am not above offering to buy the incoming guest a drink, or dinner, so they are ok with not checking in until 5:00 or so.

I will definitely take the knowledge to heart - I should of mentioned I am always trying to sneak in BP podcasts and currently reading the ultimate guide each night after dinner.
