Vacant Property List
I paid for a vacant property list. Some of the calls I make the people are asking where did I get this information it’s private etc and I tel him is public. I don’t want to get into any legal trouble . What do I say exactly?

It may not be public information. Where did you get it? Go back and see if it says for "Government and Non-Profit Use Only." If so, that's not you. If it isn't restrictive, then consider changing what you say when you call. Are you asking if it's vacant? Are you asking if it is for sale? What's your approach? The bottom line is that vacant or not, you're inquiring about it for purchase. When you stop making it about being vacant, they will stop asking you how you got the information.
