I have just finished reading the free Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing and there was tones of great information for me to digest.  

The plan is only a page long, and I think it being short makes it easier for people to read and digest.  

I bought a timber tract that could also be built on.. timber usually paid for the land or almost all of it..

FWIW, I have found that smaller developments in terms of acreage can be more complicated than larger tract developments.

Currently digesting info and podcasts on those subjects. 

They are in Arizona (AZ) and Colorado (CO), and they are all larger tracts of land.

I'm new at this so please for give me, reaching out for help is new as well I'm a newbie at investing I looking to get some leads I drive for dollars and walk for them as well I focus on to area right now looking for preforeclosure and I knock on door as well and I use a service to help me tract down owners in or out of state.
