I have knocked on doors(a summer gig), sold cars(successfully |salesman of the month out of 40 twice in 12months| & consistently just wasn't around enough winners to want to keep at it), worked in construction (I am currently helping renovate a home in Yakima, Washington), coached high school football, cleaned carpets (straight commission) and recently started a business online and learned several programming languages (HTML - CSS - JavaScript - Ruby - and bit of Python and backend database SQL stuff) and can design a fully responsive website from scratch.

You're not their parents, life coach, or whatever.

Same thing the airlines wrestle with.. if you happen to be in Coach and someone who really needs two seats sits next to you for 5 hour flight..

@Nick Harringtonthank you for this. the numbers didn't work on that property but i just received another call from a direct mailing who also asked to me call their realtor. i had no clue this was illegal so good looking out. i do have someone coaching me and he called the realtor on this one with me and instructed me to go visit the other property with a realtor. he never mentioned that it was illegal. 

I have been coaching my very first (2) coaching students for the past 5 weeks and they have already acquired 7 homes and have no intentions of slowing down.

That is what the gurus sell to get you into their coaching programs, but it is far from reality.
