0-25 Mobile Home Deals, Selling The Notes, Coaching!

Hello everyone. First off, my apologies for not being on here more often. I know a lot of you have hit me up for help and advice and I've taken awhile to get back to all of you. 

In 2015 I did roughly 25 Mobile Home deals, all of them in parks. My model has an acquisition cost of anywhere between FREE to $3k. Once acquired, I would fix them up, sell them on terms to a qualified buyer, originate a Note that I would then take and sell it to a Passive Investor (or really anyone looking to get a better return on their money.)

My gross profit for 2015 was over 243k! It was a fun year, full of ups and downs. With that success I have been asked to participate in a couple success webinars and a few speaking gigs at mobile home investing seminars! 

I have continued to invest in mobile homes for both my family and myself. I have made a slight shift in order to add  "Mobile Home Mentor" to my duties! I have been coaching my very first (2) coaching students for the past 5 weeks and they have already acquired 7 homes and have no intentions of slowing down. They absolutely love the high Cash on Cash Returns! I honestly admit that I get more pleasure out of watching them succeed then then I got from my own personal success last year! 

It has been a truly awesome couple years for me and I would like to thank BP for this platform to share and receive unlimited amounts of value. I also want to thank everyone on here that supported me along the way!
