True, all of those things could happen but putting away the necessary funds for the future could stem that tide when it does come.

Likely the state wouldn't have issue with banning tenants (state government is pretty anti-cannabis) and marijuana is illegal on the federal level.

Another question I have that stems from this is, after you assign the contract to someone, do you basically just write their name in after and/or assigns.

That is where this question stemmed from, wanted to see others take on it.

I know there is a provision for condos would that stem into multi-family also or just if it has a condo Corp?
